You're a Star Performer--Get a Top Coach
No one would consider not pairing a top athlete with a
winning coach--and as an executive, neither should you. An
executive is like an athlete. You have a rare talent for
guiding organizations, one that can be readily marketable and
highly compensated. You have a skill, training, and
experience--along with a limited window of time to achieve your
objectives. You need the right coach with the right skills.
How Can Coaching
Really Help an Executive?
Executives often end up isolated and alone at the top, with
their only feedback coming from within the organization--from
people who basically share an insider's perspective. This can
be disastrous in a day when relationships with employees, board
members, customers, global partners, investors and regulators
are as complex as an ambassadorship to a large country.
More and more organizations
are turning to executive coaches to fill this void.

How Do You Find a Top
Executive Coach?
The MBTI Club has
developed a methodology to work with executives that
enables them to achieve their goals. We can help you
find a coach who understands organizations, who can help
you navigate your world. |
Here's How the
Program Works
We Provide Tools
that Assess Important Aspects of Your Style and Techniques.
We begin with assessments such as the MBTI, the FIR0-B, and the
CPI 260 which provide the senior executive with advanced tools
for leadership. These assessments show the executive how they
communicate--and miscommunicate--the strengths and blind spots
of their leadership style, how they interact with others and how
they are likely to impact the people around them.

We Develop
Information from Those Who Work with You.
We enable the senior
executive to tap into his or her most important source
for development, the colleagues and constituents who
work with him or her every day. We do that by
interviewing the people who are in the best position to
have valuable insights into the executive's strengths
and challenges.
We Identify Your
Themes and Issues.
Usually as we visit with the executive's colleagues, we
"connect the dots," and themes and issues emerge that
form the core of the executive coaching sessions.
These are behaviors and actions that have had winning
results and others that have had negative effects.

We Discover Your Peak
Performance Patterns.
Senior executives are creative leaders who have
behaviors that have allowed them to achieve. We
identify those success factors and integrate them
into your day-to-day habits.
We Develop Your
Winning Messages and Strategies.
One of the fundamental roles of the senior executive is
to create the vision and strategy for the organization
and to keep that vision and strategy alive and moving
forward. We work you in creating and implementing that
vision and strategy. |
